The Joy of Study

Irfan and Shahzaib have finished their first week of intense study at Covenant Leadership Training Institute in Karachi. Here is what Irfan wrote recently, "I really want to thank you for this opportunity to learn in CLTI. It's blessing for me to be here. I feel I am in the presence of God. We are really enjoying the study here. There are many things we had learned before, but now those things are clearer now."

The photo above is Irfan with Mike Hayden. Mike leads the CLTI program for Covenant Family Churches in St. Louis, Missouri. He is in Karachi teaching and relating to the students who are in the program for the next several months.

The teaching continues day-by-day with assignments for after-class work. Irfan and Shahzaib are roommates, and Irfan says they are able to help one another with homework and to discuss the material they are studying.

We at Reach the Nations are so pleased these men are learning more about the Bible, and also learning how to take on leadership responsibilities in the church.
