Traveling to Pakistan

Gary Finkbeiner, Executive Director of Reach the Nations; Peter Negron, Chicago pastor and RTN board member; and Warren and Beverly Van Kampen, volunteers, are leaving for a ministry trip to Pakistan on October 24.

Please pray for this team as they all spend the first week in Islamabad, exploring new service opportunities in the Punjab area; meeting with Manzoor and Rashid who represent RTN in that area; interviewing candidates for the Covenant Leadership Training Institute (CLTI); and teaching and encouraging pastors and Christian leaders.

Then Gary will travel to Karachi and will meet up with Mike Hayden of CLTI. He and Mike will minister together teaching and preaching in churches and engaging in Christian leadership training. Peter will continue his teaching/preaching ministry in Islamabad with Manzoor and Rashid.

The Van Kampens will travel from Islamabad to Sahiwal Christian Hospital where Warren, a retired ophthalmologist, will work with the eye clinic recently established there and will attend a board meeting of the hospital directors. They both will have the opportunity to meet for a day with Shakeel, our primary evangelist/church planter in the Hyderabad region.

Along the way, we will encounter many needs. If you wish to donate to Grace Gifts so we have ready funding to meet some of those immediate needs, please do so on our website at RTNMinistries.com.

Thank you for your gifts, but, most of all for your prayers. We are aware that we must go under the mighty hand of God or all will be in vain. We can do nothing without His guidance, enlightenment, and grace.

“Let your work be shown to your servants, and your glorious power to their children. Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands” – Psalm 90:16-17
