Rustam and Shakeel preached at a new outreach village, Habib Ji Wand, using Romans 8:13 as their text: "For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.“

While they were in the the area of Pir Bhudro, Shakeel reports that people from another village asked him and Rustam to visit their village and pray for a woman who was sick and possessed by an evil spirit. Shakeel says, "The head of the village has great faith in Christ Jesus, and he believed that our prayers would heal this woman. So we went there and asked for healing in Jesus Christ's name." Shakeel taught them the story of the woman who had only to touch the hem of Jesus's garment to be healed and the importance of having faith like hers.

In Kumb they taught about the rich young ruler who was unwilling to make a great personal sacrifice to follow Jesus. Shakeel applied the message by saying, that God himself loved us and gave His own son to forgive our sins so we can be included in the Kingdom of God. We should obey and follow him.

Wherever they go, there are children. And they are being taught to know and love God. Here are some of the children at prayer in Kotri.

Naroo is pictured above with his wife and daughter and with Shakeel. Naroo and his wife are former Hindus who came to faith in Jesus Christ. Naroo now works closely with Shakeel as they reach into Hindu areas around Kotri.

And here is Shakeel back at home teaching his own family. They are going through the Heidelberg Catechism together. Here is Shakeel's comment: "I am so thankful to God who has chosen me for His great work. I am thankful for Brother Gary and the RTN team on the Zoom Bible study class where we are studying together. Now I have the privilege to bring the study on the Heidelberg Catechism home to my family so we can grow in Him and His word more and more."

Pray for Shakee, Rustam, Naroo and their families.

"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” - Acts 1:8
