Learning to Love the Bible

How does a pastor encourage children and teens to read and study their Bible? Make it a game!

Shakeel has developed a Bible quiz format that engages the entire church in Kotri. Sunday School kids sit together in front of the meeting place. They are then asked questions that have been submitted by members of the congregation.

If the students knows the answer, he or she raises his hand. The first child to raise his or her hand gets called on to answer the question.

It's the kind of game that everyone wins. The kids are learning to study the Bible. The adults enjoy watching their children compete and answer.

We are thankful Shakeel and his team know the immense value of getting the Bible into the hearts of children so they can carry a love of learning God's Word with them for the rest of their lives.
