Training Leaders

RTN’s major focus is on training young men who are called to Christian ministry so they can become strong leaders among the people of their country. We do this through direct training in weekly online classes in the Bible and biblical doctrine, in two to three multi-day conferences a year when our U.S. team meets in person with the Pakistan team to provide counsel, teaching, encouragement, and fellowship, and through the Covenant Leadership Training Institute (CLTI) at its regional training center in Karachi.
