"In this New Year The Lord has blessed us and given strength again to continue His work for His kingdom. We worshipped in three different areas which are our old places where we are establishing churches. On an earlier visit, the people in these villages had gone to other places for work in the cotton fields. But they are back home again and we could worship together."

As Christmas all over the world, RTN ministries was preaching the Gospel and celebrating Christmas in small Pakistani villages. The picture above shows the attendees sharing in Christmas cake. Below you will see the excitement as treats were handed out.
Our on-the-ground evangelist and pastor, Shakeel, reports, "We celebrated Christmas and the children performed some Gospel songs, telling verses from the Gospel. The church building was packed with children, youngsters, and elders. They were enjoying the decoration and the message of Jesus Christ's Birth."
Shakeel's sermon title was “Everybody Wants a Child” and he went on to tell how the birth of Jesus was different from others. It was a virgin birth brought about by the power of the Holy Spirit and the will of God. He went on with the story as told in the Gospels: the child in the manger, the star in the east, and the slaughter of the innocent babies.
